This luxurious modern day surf resort emerged from humble beginnings dating back to 1982. South Pacific explorers and founders, Dave and Jeannie Clark, in partnership with the Tavarua land owners, constructed one of the first-of-kind all-inclusive surf camps in history.

Our beloved Druku who has since passed was a relative of the original chiefly family and special member of the Tavarua family. He became one of the first Fijians to surf Tavarua and his story continues to be legendary.
